We will be part of the worldwide Jellyweek Event at the betahaus Hamburg. Next friday, 19th of January from 14:00 to 17:00 CET we will have three Sessions with three Coworker and it will be all about the ultimate working tools of a freelance rockstar. Here’s the direct link for the event on Facebook.
Of course the working routine in the betahaus for those wo can’t take part in the Jelly should not be hindered, this means we have to limit the places for this event to 16 people! Thank you!
How do you organize yourself to organize your work better? Or should we ask how do you organize the organizational-tools you are working with? I often have the feeling that worklife doesn’t get easier with the increasing notifications of webservices. Maybe it’s not about organizing our work but to organize the way we look at what needs to be done? Do we need digital tools or is it better to work with old fashioned pen and paper?
Together we
will take a glimpse at the very best tools and of course we will do some coworking to test them!
We will have three in depth sessions:
1. Introduction: Jörn Hendrik, founder of ffluid.
“Organizing yourself to get organized” – here I want to start a discussion about the need of working tools after making a short tour to the world of productivity itself.
2. Start a revolution: Ali Jelveh, chief revolutionary officer protonet.info.
“Breaking the upload barriers of every single fileshare service and more, forever!” – Ali, Founder of the awesome Protonet and a fellow Coworker will talk about the ultimate, free and intelligent way to organize your data. And we’re talking about terabyte Ladies and Gentlemen.
3. The ultimate “collaborative-app-speed-dating”: Katharina Michalski, entrepreneur at brandforesight.de. ”Show me what you got on your homescreen” – let’s stop talking and start working. I’m very happy that my dear coworker Katharina, trend researcher and expert in brand innovation, will host an app-speed dating. Ladies and Gentlemen please reveal your deepest secrets, send us a screenshot of the homescreen of your smartphone, or your application folder of your computer. There will be a winner and even a reward. You can send me your Screenshots via Mail (get in contact here) or even better: post a Tweet with a picture and the hashtag #ffluid, this will publish your screenshot to our Tweetlr on: ffluid.tumblr.com.
Please show some love for this international coworking event, it doesn’t matter if you’re a freelancer, employee, student or CEO. Just come by and let us do some coworking. And if you cannot make it to Hamburg or even when you’re one of our readers from the other side of the world, just take a look at the google world map, maybe there’s a Jelly just around the corner. Thank you Anni for the marvelous organisation of the #Jellyweek it’s absolutely awesome to see so many spots on the map!
